Add i18n to settings page and german language #40

I added the german language and also edited the settings page so it is now possible to add other languages. I tested it on my homey v2.1 and did not find any error. Dutch language has to be added from somebody else because I can't speak Dutch.

I'm here. But not very active atm. I missed this pull request. Will see if I can add Dutch support and then create a new release.
