Easy forwarding of blocked messages #33

When a message is blocked, there should be an easy way to simply forward it 
along to the intended receiver.

For example:
When a message that is to be blocked is received, a button/link appears on the 
same line as the message. Clicking this button or link would send the message 
to the intended receiver.

I like that idea. :) I shall definitely consider implementing something like 
that.
