Preserve blocking/Auto Block #50

The check boxes for blocking messages should keep their checked/unchecked 
states between conversations, or there should be a setting in the Settings menu 
for automatically blocking strangers on a new conversation. (Ideally the 
auto-block would take affect before either stranger connected, because while 
solving the captcha for the second stranger, the first can type.)

The block messages check boxes preserve their state in the new version.
