Task: Create slide menu

Solution:

• Has been updated view. Change structure of main_activity.xml file. Now app-bar is displayed on main-activity. When we select: all fragments except todo-fragment app bar is hidden.
• Create class to load tags. It is helper class. In future will be available view with management custom tags
