Extend window resizer handles for longer pages #31

When you're on a long page like this one: https://webrh-patternkit.int.open.paas.redhat.com/schema/pattern_page

you have to scroll down to be able to grab the handlebars to resize the window. This PR increases the height of the handles so they can be used anywhere.
