The rotate limits panel in the plugin cannot work #2

seems like changing the rotate limits in the plugin has no use. the rotate limits can only work right when changing it from the physics panel. using blender 2.93a.

also found out that all the settings are no use now in Blender 2.92a and 2.93a. only the adding rigid body still works.
