Tabs do not remain selected when the tab changes.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new tab.
2. Select that tab within Tab Organizer (Ctrl, Shift, etc.)
3. Navigate that tab to a URL like http://www.google.com

OR

1. Go to a URL like http://www.google.com
2. Select the tab within Tab Organizer (Ctrl, Shift, etc.)
3. Refresh the tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tab should remain selected. Instead, it's unselected.

Please provide any additional information below.
Shouldn't be too hard, hopefully...
