Let's say you have one window for Wikipedia, one window for programming, etc. You can
obviously manually move the tabs into the appropriate window, but I think it'd be neat
if we could do it automatically.

Here's how I figure it would work: in the options page, there would be a category called
"Filters". This would let users match tabs based on search queries, then do something
with them, like move them to a certain window.

This would also allow for, say, automatically closing windows that have the same URL,
etc.

I gave this some thought... and I'm not so sure it should be automatic. It can be disorienting
if a tab is suddenly closed or moved to a different window...

Instead, I think there should be a menu that makes it easy to apply predefined filters.
This lets the user control when to apply the filters. There could still be an option
to make the filter automatic, but it should be disabled by default.
