Tab Organizer shows duplicate tabs. #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a window with 2+ tabs in it.
2. Within Chrome, drag 1 of the tabs into it's own window.
3. Look at the two windows in Tab Organizer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should show 2 windows with 1 tab each. Instead, the 1st window shows 2 tabs, and
the 2nd window shows 1.

Please provide any additional information below.
Refreshing the popup fixes this issue.

This should definitely be fixed by the version 5 rewrite, so I'm going to mark this
as WontFix.
