Window focus is buggy when switching tabs.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select the currently focused window by clicking on it.
2. Unselect it by clicking on an empty space. Window should still be focused.
3. Switch to a different tab within the same window.
4. Go back into Tab Organizer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Window should still be unselected. Instead, it's selected. Even worse, it's "stuck",
meaning that it won't become unselected, depending on where you click.

Note: I found this using the "Display in a... Tab" option. I think it applies to the
other types too, though.
