Undo bar should not fade out when the popup/tab is not focused. #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do something that causes the undo bar to appear (like selecting multiple tabs).
2. Switch to a different window, so the popup is no longer focused.
3. Wait for 10 seconds.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Undo bar should remain visible. Instead, it fades away.
