Group names change automatically #157

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I assign custom group names to all of my windows except the first.
2.When closing a group of tabs sometimes the group name changes as the window re-adjusts.

3. This doesn't happen all the time but once the error presents itself it is constant
every time I close a group the names change incorrectly on the remaining windows.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The names of the tab groups should never change unless manually changed by me. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Tab Organizer4.3 on Chromium 15.0.874.121 (Developer Build 109964 Linux) Ubuntu 10.10

Yeah, I've noticed that sometimes the window titles get out of sync and the only way
to fix it is to reload the extension. Unfortunately, I'm not exactly sure what the
problem is, so it will be difficult to track it down. Hopefully the arc2js rewrite
will help with this (and various other issues).
