First I would like to say that I hope that Tab Organizer is not abandoned as it is one of the few capable tab managers. I discovered it just recently and although it may not be perfect I generally like it.
First I would suggest a tiny enhancement to Selected context menu commands- two new commands:
Copy selected
Duplicate selected
The first command- Copy selected, copies the URL of the selected tab.
The second command- Duplicate selected, duplicates the selected tab.
If the developer has plans to release new versions of Tab Organizer in the foreseeable future I may suggest other possible enhancements.
