We allow users to disable the undo bar in certain situations, but there are other things
we could allow the user to change.

For instance, right now the undo bar automatically fades out after 10 seconds. Perhaps
we should allow the user to change this behavior, for instance increasing/decreasing
the time, or even changing the behavior altogether.
