wish the Red Cross tab deletion button move to the left side of the tab name, because
length of tab names are varied but mostly short or middle, and clicking the red cross
is more convenient in left side rather in right side

This is somewhat tricky... The code itself is very easy, and already done, the problem
is that it looks bad, visually. It'll take more work to get it looking good.

This was mostly implemented by revision a2700edeb9, but it's disabled right now. Change
"tabs.close.location" to "left" if you want to use this.

The final version will have a checkbox in the options page, so right now this is just
for development testing.
