Settings are not saved when re-opening Tab Organizer.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open up the popup.
2. Change stuff like the window's titles, or the search query.
3. Do NOT close the popup!
4. Re-open the popup by clicking on the toolbar icon.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The old popup should be removed, and the new popup should have the same settings as
the old one. Instead, the settings are not saved.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is probably because the new popup loads before the "unload" event is done with
the old popup.
