What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the popup.
2. Right click on a window container, but do so near the bottom of the popup.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be possible to use the context menu. Instead, it gets cut off.

Please provide any additional information below.
This has actually snagged me a few times... pretty annoying bug.
