Now middle clicking a tab will close the tab,
it would be great to include a feature that when user middle clicks the head of the
window (or the name), it closes the entire window

Not sure if this should be an option or not... I would be all for this, if we could
undo a "close tab" action.

You can use Right-click -> Select all -> Right-click -> Close selected to do the same
thing. It's not nearly as easy or fast, though.

This should be in version 3.0. However, you'll need to enable it in the options page
first. This is to prevent people accidentally closing an entire window.

In addition, it only works if the window is selected. Both of these things will probably
change in the future, but I'm generally cautious about adding in destructive things,
so that's why it's so tame right now.

Once we can undo closed tabs (issue 24), I plan to remove these restrictions.

This is now in version 3.0. As mentioned previously, you'll need to enable it in the
options page before it'll work.
