Let's say you favorite a tab, then close it. Although the tab is gone, favorites are
scoped per URL, so if you open a new tab with the same URL, bam favorite.

Unfortunately, this means that over time, it is possible to accumulate "cruft": favorites
that aren't being used anymore, and can't be easily gotten rid of.

There should be a category within the options page, allowing the user to clean up favorites,
even for tabs that aren't opened.
