Horizontal scrolling is messed up when refreshing. #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create enough windows that there's a horizontal scrollbar.
2. Make sure the right-most window is focused (in Chrome).
3. Scroll all the way to the left in Tab Organizer.
4. Refresh the popup.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should correctly scroll to the right side, since that is where the focused window
is.

Instead, it scrolls to the right side, then about half a second later, scrolls all
the way to the left.

Please provide any additional information below.
This jumping effect looks really bad, and can also affect usability somewhat, since
now you have to go searching for the focused window.
