Bubble mode layout is broken.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to Bubble mode in the options.
2. Open the bubble by clicking on the icon.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should look/work basically the same as popup mode. Instead, the windows are too
high, and there's too much empty space at the bottom of the bubble.

Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure when this broke, but I remember it working before.

There's also various other weird bugs, like clicking not working correctly, etc. It
may be related.
