Update phpdotenv dependancy version constraint #9

Hey,

We are trying to use Paubox in a Laravel 8 app, but getting version constraint issues when trying to install this via composer as this package constrains the vlucas/phpdotenv package to "3.4.0" and Laravel is using "^5.2".

Would you be able to update the required version please?
