Excel export generates wrong date time format #1

...for issue create time and update time from issue portal enriched date.

current behaviour:
2010-10-01 00:00:00

proposed behaviour: 2010-10-01

Note: For timestamped log output which is by default hidden and not exported the current behavior is good!
