Route resolving is a pre-req

This task probably deserves to be broken down further to get at being able to create a one time sign-up link for invite only sign-ups. The intention is to invite only or paid sign-ups so that the service provider doesn't have to foot the bill for any more traffic than they've soliced.

In the mean time, a sign up pass-phrase to go allong with email and password would be good-enough
