Also include achivement descriptions when searching #124

I was kind of expecting "50" to bring up this achievement because I didn't know the name of it. It would be nice to include descriptions when searching.

This might or might not be a great idea since games with lots of achievements will return many results when you're just expecting one. I'd like to keep this tool "simple stupid", but feel free to contribute and add an option for this somewhere if this really is a dealbreaker for you.
