lib was re-added before packaging appimage. remove prior to packaging

After testing the artifact that was created, i noticed that the library was re-added before packaging into an appimage. I separated the steps so that bundling the libs and packaging into an appimage are distinct steps.

Tested on Ubuntu-20.04, 22.04, Manjaro 22, Fedora 38, Debian 12.
