2010年2月9日晚8：00会议确定：
会计上要求凭证编号必须按月编号，而系统目前的编号(Sequenc
e)是一直向上增长，
不会每月清零。所以考虑做一个Sequence类型，供凭证编号专用
，该Sequence会按月
清零。

本问题的调查和解决由Joshua（popkar77）负责。

建议的方案：
在期间对象account.period上加一个字段，记录当前编号。每次凭
证审核都在这里取编号，而不
是像系统现在用journal里的sequence

关于凭证按月编号是按period还是date呢？

经wjf提示。现在修改完毕。
思路 
：统计下当前有几个period相同且非草稿的凭证。然后这个数+1
作为新的号码
重写了 account的account_move的post方法
大家看看有没有需要更正的地方，谢谢
