apply_cal error #45

I am getting the following error

> ./bin/obs_apply_cal.sh -c 1217495544 1217495784
./bin/obs_apply_cal.sh: line 96: depend: unbound variable

It seems that not setting a dependency was causing this error. The issue has been fixed.
