Added Mile2's CDFE certification across Forensics and Incident Response columns

Hi there! Thank you for the request. The Mile2 C)DFE is listed on the 24th row next to the Mile2 C)VFE and on the same row as Security+. I used the C)XXX naming scheme to match how Mile2 references their certifications on their website.

I will however make C)DFE spread into IR.

Why do you recommend it on the same level as CEH? I have not taken it and my research came up with very few opinions on how to rank it.

Hi - I didn't see that! Apologies.

I ranked it there due to the fact it seems to be held in good regard by the DoD and other federal agencies.

Mile2 CDFE already present under C)DFE
