I want to propose updating the y-axis to be a little more indicative in the skill levels and (more appropriately) the career levels expected of cert holders.
I went instead with labels that displayed where in careers most likely to get certain certifications. For example, a CISSP doesn't necessarily indicate an expert knowledge of the material. However, most people who get CISSP are usually late in their careers (senior) with a good amount of experience behind them.
Open to discussion, this is just my spitball opinion.
