Add LFCSA #15

The Linux Foundation Certified Systems Administrator is a performance based cert similar to the RHCSA, but you can choose to take the exam on CentOS or Ubuntu. It is said to be somewhat more demanding than the RHCSA, so I sorted it above that. (I don't hold the RHCSA, so can't compare.)

Thanks for the clarifications on RHCSA and the information on the LFCSA.

You're right, the GCWN belongs in the SysOps column. I have been debating adding GCUX back to the chart as GIAC says they are not retiring the certification, but there's no course associated with it.

Thank you, I would also add the Linux Foundation Certified Engineer, which would locate above the RHCE cert, but there are only three rows there and there are already three certs in that one column. Should I just add another row?
