Mouse. Collapse all / Collapse after level 1 / Expand all #160

Hi.

Just discovered the jless tool. Love the idea.

Moreover, it works with the mouse in the terminal.

However, the clicking cycle for expansion is somewhat unfortunate. Click -> Fold all -> Click -> Expand all.

To investigate the json, it would be better to have a cycle like Click -> Fold all -> Click -> Fold all after first level -> Click -> Expand all.

I'm sure this issue is more or less a duplicate of other folding issues, but I saw none talking about the mouse.
