Use img.lowsrc instead of data attribute #47

It's still probably worth using it as an existing convention though (time/resource permitting), as long as our code doesn't break any browsers that do support it. ie if we can make a shim/polyfill for it - and that's something which would be a generic, reusable, component.

Though again - I don't want to add this right now, too much chance at least one of our several client UIs will break.
