Consolidate use of .less and .css in ui.js #50

Some of us are pointing to the "less" source file, not the generated "css". Good for dev, not good for production. Maybe "development" environment could apply that in a smart way, but for production, we definitely need to point to "css". We should leave this till close to release.

We can put less on the server, and only have it run in the dev profile.....
