Fix transpilation of gulpfile.babel.js #45

Apparently babel changed the way it handled loading of files that use ES imports. To that end, I removed the duplicate gulpfile.js and fixed so that babel once again understands how to handle gulpfile.babel.js. Running npx gulp --tasks will now correctly use the gulpfile.babel.js transpiled code.
