create Archive *.zip *.rar #17

Hello,

is it possible to create Archives like .zip, .rar, *.tar?

Hello,

It is not possible for the moment. But it is a great feature so I plan this for a future release.

Hello, I upvote this feature as it would be a rather simple way to solve the problem of having low amount of RAM. This is kinda linked to https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/12422 (not being able to download folders larger than RAM because php needs to .zip the folder) (We would .zip the folders and THEN download it, instead of the way nextcloud currently does (which is kinda the same, but limited to RAM-GB folders, correct me if I'm wrong)
