• yaml is now a dependency, json is better for serialisation, but yaml is better for configuration.
• I think I fixed the issue where JobPy would crash if it could not find a filter list file, let me know if I did it wrong :3
• I don't think that the bs4_parser can be an option; changing it would potentially require a different package, so I hard-coded it to the requirement we have: lxml
• I think I simplified the settings by hard-coding some internal file paths like the log and the filter list.
• You can now choose which providers to use via the yaml settings ;)
• I don't think that boolean flags can be part of the settings file because they are always present in the command line and so I don't think it is possible to know if the user intended to use the cli flags or the flags in the yaml file. I left them as part of the cli parser only.
• I included @studentbrad 's fix for the pip installer
• So many files changed that you may need to uninstall and install again with pip

Personally, I think this is much better. Likely because I use yaml for Travis-CI. It definitely works well as JobPy is now a pip package and the user will likely want to give their own .yaml file to configure searches. This is great! :)
