PyPi package + installation update #118

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This is a stub-issue for myself to ensure that I get PyPi functional, once it is I will update the installation instructions.

Groundwork completed by #99

Will aim to release 3.0.2 as our initial PyPi release

Sorry to have left this for so long, I will attend to this once I can confirm 3.0.2 is a stable release.

Closing this as I dont wish to maintain this package on PyPi.
