A lot of stats have quite different behaviours in the game. For instance:
health/mana/health regen/mana regen, when changed, don't affect corresponding base and bonus stats
armor and mr when affected by flat or percent reduction affect base and bonus stats, obeying to specific rules
bonus movespeed, armor pen and magic pen, distinguish flat and percent increases, which are applied in a determined order.
armor, mr, attackspeed, movespeed, attack_damage are determined by their base and bonus move speed + eventual increase or decrease granted by spells or items.
attack_speed is not the sum of its base and bonus value. Bonus attack speed is a percentage of the base attack speed.
