Setup not done #3

Hello!

Thanks for the effort to start Lora on Esphome!

I try to get the code running, but it does not really work. I have Heltec Wireless Stick Lite V3, so the pins should be okay. Also I have another board working with Radiohead library.

The logs does not show that the setup is done at all. It does not say in the log "LoRa SX126X Setup (SX1262)". So I guess it's not triggered at all? Any ideas how to get it started up?

It was not displayed over Wifi as it was initialized before. Now I see that it does setup correctly.
