Gather the historical obs from the Denman region. e.g.: i) WOA18 the best obs resource? ii) MEOP? iii) Kaihe's new data set iv) Matthis SSH obs?

I interpolated the MEOP (seal) dataset into the model depth levels for your use. You can get it from: '/g/data/v45/ns3783/Sha_MEOP_profiles_interpolated.nc'
