Added dynamic connection example

Had a PM asking about an example of this, so created a (fairly) simple one. Demonstrates:

• use of new and delete
• use of disconnect()
• use of connect() with no parameters to re-establish old connection
• use of connect() with 2 or 4 parameters to use object to make a different connection
