6 Integrity sketches for 8 Media types #19

RAM - onboard RAM1 or RAM2 PSRAM - T_4.1 in EXTMEM PROG - PJRC PCB Flash SPI - all media and NOR and NAND under #ifdef QSPI - NOR and NAND Flash under #ifdef MRAMSPI - was MRAM specific for smaller size

Twin INO sketches per folder where 'media.INO' shows setup and loop() and globals/defines, second if common function.ini

If these are added then certainly the LFSIntegrity sketch can be removed.

The only thing that had that was removed was an interval timer ISR() to offer torment to the littleFS process.
