Updated Readme #20

Morning All I did a bit more work on the readme.

  1. Added the broken link to the second page of the readme.
  2. Added the changes that @Defragster suggested. BTW - for LittleFS_PROGRAM just copied what Paul wrote in the thread on using Program mem as storage area.
  3. Added a few more methods for Directory operations.
