Added the new SPI chips per this thread: https://forum.pjrc.com/threads/71200-Can-t-get-this-to-work-LittleFS-Teensy-4-0-25F040C

Kris confirmed that the SST25PF040C worked. Assuming he will confirm that the winbond W25Q80DV will work as well.
