writeMicroSeconds() #4

Hello, That's a pity your library doesn't provide writeMicroSeconds() method. Any chance to get it?

I second this request as I'm driving Brushless speed controllers where an angle based input is not relevant. Also most of my servis are only +/- 45 degree travel instead of 0 to 180 degrees.
