Merge latest #41

Hi @PaulStoffregen and @mjs513,

We were trying to help help out some forum members having issues with some nRF24L01+ radios, and decided to try them out on the Radiohead library. We were still seeing some issues between Teensy and AVR boards, and decided to take a look at the most recent stuff and found we were changes made by the owner and we were many releases behind.

So I merged in the current stuff. In particular I deleted the current stuff except for stuff we earlier added, and copied over the new stuff. I then walked through the change list and restored those files with no changes such that they don't end up in change list.

Yesterday we were able to get an T4.x board to talk to AVR Mega board.

Hi @PaulStoffregen and @KurtE , Just as another data pointed tested communication between a T4.1 and the Arduino Uno and Due boards as well without issue
