Updated fir T40=-Beta2 and Builtin SD Card define #18

Paul This is the fix I put in for the 1062. Also added a Builtin SDCard define - couldn't find where it was defined for the T3.5/3.6

BUILTIN_SDCARD should be 254. It isn't a real pin. Fixed it here https://github.com/PaulStoffregen/SD/commit/f23b145e954881a3853ae69d7e0099d8e5b75a18
