define BUILTIN_SDCARD only for Teensy 4.1

BUILTIN_SDCARD is supposed to be defined for Teensy 4.0 and MicroMod. Both of those boards give access to the SDIO pins.

Missed that (and I was using T4.0 + SDIO)!
