Feature request: Reboot Teensy without upload #16

I sometimes accidentally cause my Teensy2 to enter the bootloader. It would be nice if teensy_loader_cli could tell the Teensy to boot without first uploading an new program. Currently the only option I'm aware of is to reseat the USB cable.
